Also referred to as “Duet”, “Couples”, or “Semi-Private”, each Private Group Class can be made up of 2-4 people booked together. It is a budget option for a fast track toward achieving your fitness goals. Together with the instructor, the goals of the group and a timeline for development will be discussed and regularly evaluated. Based upon the level of the group, new and more challenging exercises can be introduced. Attendees will be given guidance on exercises that can be practiced at home.
