GROUP PILATES CLASSES

Up to 12 People
50-Minute Duration

The Pilates Group Class encompasses a broad range of mat work exercises and is suitable for all levels of Pilates.  In a small class setting, each attendee will receive attention and guidance to improve their current personal level of posture, strength, and balance.  Each week, new exercises will be introduced to build on the previous week.  Attendees will be given guidance on exercises that can be practiced at home.

PRIVATE GROUP PILATES CLASS

(DUET, COUPLES, SEMI-PRIVATE)
50-Minute Duration
2-4 People

Also referred to as “Duet”, “Couples”, or “Semi-Private”, each Private Group Class can be made up of 2-4 people booked together. It is a budget option for a fast track toward achieving your fitness goals. Together with the instructor, the goals of the group and a timeline for development will be discussed and regularly evaluated. Based upon the level of the group, new and more challenging exercises can be introduced. Attendees will be given guidance on exercises that can be practiced at home.

One Person
50-Minute Duration

One-to-one private class offers a fast track toward achieving your fitness goals as you are ensured to receive undivided attention for more corrections and guidance from the instructor during each class. Instructor will closely monitor your progress, follow up with regular assessment and provide you with exercises that can be practiced at home.
